At Tawa, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD for all UK deliveries.

We use DHL, UPS, Interparcel or Skynet for international deliveries. Althernatively we may use different services to ensure that we get your orders to you as soon as possible.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Pleaase be aware that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

At Tawa, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We insure each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered at addresses provided. At this point responsibilities for your purchased goods are now passed to you.
